Owen Gower - Director

Owen has over ten years experience  in documentaries for film and television.  He began his career co-shooting the flagship Channel 4 documentary ‘Antony Gormley: Making Space’ with acclaimed director Beeban Kidron.  Since then he has made programs for the BBC, Channel 4, Channel 5, ITV, Sky One, National Geographic, Discovery and The History Channel most recently Edit Directing two major films on the National Crime Agency for Channel 4.  Still the Enemy Within is his first theatrical release.

Sinead Kirwan- Producer

For the past four years, Sinead has been working between Berlin and London on the funding development and distribution of the award-winning documentary STILL THE ENEMY WITHIN. Alongside this she was the Associate Producer for Bader TV, managing their Berlin office.  She has honed her skills finding unusual funding streams, building partnerships with stakeholders, managing crowdfunding and grass-roots distribution campaigns, and liaising with international brands and clients.  Before moving to Berlin, Sinead worked for the BBC, BBC Learning, Discovery and UK Living TV in factual programming. She is now working with director Chloe Fairweather, Tigerlily Productions and The Fuller Project for International Reporting on Dying to Divorce an observational film about a young female lawyer fighting against domestic violence in Turkey.

Mark Lacey- Producer

Mark is a Producer, Line Producer, and AD specialising in Documentaries, Commercials, promo's and short/feature films. Since 2007 he has worked across a number of award winning productions for companies such as Disney, The Garden, BBC and The Mill. Mark co- produced his first feature doc, STILL THE ENEMY WITHIN about the 1984/5 miners strike, which won the Audience Award at the 2014 Sheffield International Documentary Festival and was screened in cinemas across the UK and Ireland, and is due for release in Australia, the US and Europe in 2016. Since the film he has worked as Line Producer on number of up coming British Features, in both docs and drama, helping to tell new innovative stories. Through these projects he has gained valuable contacts throughout the industry and the skills needed to drive a project forward, with the logistical skills to prep and run large scale shoots. He brings a wealth of experience in budgeting, scheduling, organisation and loves the challenge of bringing a project to fruition
